UK bans pictures of Western Wall

Thanks to BiblePlaces Blog we have been alerted to the UK ban of pictures of the Western Wall for Israeli tourism in Great Britain.

The article states that the Wall is in "occupied territory," and could be misleading.

And the United Kingdom can make such a judgment? Well, technically it is the Advertising Standard Agency that set the ban. But the point is, Britain has "occupied" an Empire where the sun never set.

Yes, GB did have such an Empire and it included Palestine. And GB had a long bloody battle with Jewish terrorist over Palestine for more than 60 years before the partition of Israel out of Palestine. Things are always so ... complicated.
